HOW TO REQUEST DELETION

To permanently delete your Nockd account and all associated data, send an email to:

Use the subject line "Delete My Account" and include the email address associated with your Nockd account. We will process your request within 30 days.

WHAT GETS DELETED

• —Your account and login credentials
• —Your profile information (display name, bow type)
• —All scoring sessions and target photos
• —All shared session links
• —Usage and subscription records

WHAT IS RETAINED

Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for product improvement purposes. Subscription transaction records may be retained as required by law.

Training data. We remove your contributed images from our training dataset. Copies that have already been used to train a released AI model cannot be individually removed from that model, but we exclude your data from all future training.
